Tämä tietosuojaseloste kuvaa, miten Palvelualan Opisto Kuopio käsittelee henkilötietoja, kun käyttäjät käyttävät TOT-APP-mobiilisovellusta.
Sovellus on tarkoitettu työpaikkaohjaajille ja opiskelijoille työssäoppimisen tueksi. Sovelluksen käyttö ei edellytä kirjautumista eikä käyttäjien henkilötietoja kerätä sovelluksen avulla.
TOT-APP ei kerää, tallenna eikä käsittele seuraavia tietoja:
nimeä
osoitteita
sähköpostiosoitteita
puhelinnumeroita
profiilikuvia
maksutietoja
henkilötunnuksia
Käyttäjät saattavat halutessaan lähettää tietoja sovelluksen lomakkeiden kautta (esimerkiksi palautetta tai kysymyksiä). Näitä tietoja käsitellään vain kyseisen yhteydenoton käsittelemiseksi.
Emme käytä analytiikka- tai seurantatyökaluja (kuten Google Analytics, Firebase, Flurry, AppsFlyer).
Emme kerää henkilötietoja automaattisesti.
Ainoastaan käyttäjän vapaaehtoisesti lomakkeella lähettämä tieto käsitellään.
Sovellus ei käytä evästeitä eikä ulkoisia seurantajärjestelmiä.
Käsittelemme käyttäjän lähettämää tietoa ainoastaan:

GoodBarber voi käsitellä sovelluksen toiminnan kannalta välttämätöntä teknistä, anonymisoitua dataa (esim. laitemalli, käyttöjärjestelmäversio, virhelokit).
Me emme käytä tätä tietoa emmekä voi tunnistaa käyttäjiä sen perusteella.

Emme tallenna henkilötietoja omille palvelimillemme.
Käyttäjän lomakkeella lähettämät tiedot säilyvät GoodBarberin EU-alueella sijaitsevilla palvelimilla (Ranska) ja poistetaan, kun yhteydenoton käsittely ei enää edellytä säilytystä.
GoodBarber voi käsitellä anonymisoitua teknistä tietoa:

käyttöjärjestelmäversio
laitteen kieli
maa ja kaupunki (vain jos käyttäjä sallii sijainnin)
Tätä tietoa ei käytetä markkinointiin, analytiikkaan tai käyttäjien tunnistamiseen.
Emme lähetä markkinointiviestejä emmekä jaa tietoja markkinointikumppaneille.
Koska emme kerää henkilötietoja, monet GDPR-oikeudet eivät käytännössä sovellu.
Jos käyttäjä kuitenkin on lähettänyt tietoa lomakkeella, hänellä on oikeus:
saada tietoonsa lähetetyt tiedot
pyytää tietojen oikaisua
pyytää tietojen poistamista

Saatamme päivittää tätä tietosuojaselostetta tarpeen mukaan. Muutokset julkaistaan sovelluksessa.

This Privacy Policy explains how our organization handles personal data when users access our mobile application.
The application is intended for workplace representatives and students as a tool to support on-the-job learning ("Työssäoppiminen"). The application does not require user registration and does not collect personal information for commercial, analytical, or marketing purposes.
Our company does not collect, store, or process any personal identification data such as:

Email address
Phone number
Profile images
Payment details
Users may voluntarily submit information via form fields inside the app (e.g., feedback or questions). These submissions are processed only for responding to the specific inquiry and are not used for profiling or marketing.
No analytics services, advertising services, or tracking tools (such as Firebase, Flurry, Facebook Events, AppsFlyer, or others) are used in this application.
We do not collect personal data automatically.
Only in cases where the user voluntarily fills in a form, the information is processed via the GoodBarber platform to allow us to receive and respond to the submission.
We do not use cookies, tracking systems, or analytics tools inside the mobile application.
Data submitted through forms is used only to:
Respond to the inquiry
Provide assistance related to the content of the app
We do not:
Process orders
Manage accounts
Send marketing emails
Use submitted images or videos for publication
Collect data for advertising
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
We do not share any personal data with partner companies, advertisers, or third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or exchange any user data.
The only third party involved is:
GoodBarber may process minimal technical data necessary for the app to operate (e.g., anonymized device information, error logs).
This data is not accessible to us nor used for identification.

We do not store personal data on our own servers.
Any optional submissions made by users through app forms are stored securely by GoodBarber in the EU (France) and are deleted once they are no longer needed for communication.
We do not maintain long-term databases of user information.
Only anonymous technical data may be processed by GoodBarber, such as:
Device model (anonymous)
Operating system version (anonymous)
Device language (anonymous)
Country and city (derived from geolocation, only if user has enabled location services)
We do not use this technical information for marketing, analytics, or profiling.
We do not conduct any marketing through the application and do not send marketing messages.
We do not share user information with any partner organizations for marketing purposes.
Because we do not collect personal data, many GDPR rights will not apply. However, if you voluntarily submitted data through a form, you have the right to request:

Correction of inaccurate information
Deletion of the submitted data
